I familiarise clients with all aspects of the Transit system, using the New Computerised Transit System (NCTS) and the Goods Vehicle Movement Service (GVMS), from submission to authorisation; covering all aspects of normal and simplified procedures, selecting the best options for each customer.

Several ports including, Felixstowe and Harwich utilise GVMS and this can speed up your transit declarations if activated correctly.

As the main trainer for HMRC and Border Force on NCTS and Transit I am familiar with the common errors that businesses can make which will prevent shipments from progressing or mean that declarations are rejected.

Busy Customs Offices will not have the time to give detailed explanations and businesses are often reliant on a centralised HMRC actioning emails which are often escalated, costing the business more time and money. My extensive knowledge allows me to resolve specific technical problems without the reliance of a third party in HMRC.
